"Pool closes too early, AC didn't work in the room, most restaurants weren't open, casino was difficult to enter had to fill out a bunch of paperwork just to enter, couldn’t pay for drinks at the pool bar with a card had to order a drink, go inside and pay, then come back out to get the drinks because the front desk never asked to have a card held on file"
