"L’hote n’a jamais répondu à nos messages téléphoniques et sms. Nous n’avions donc jamais eu l’information pour récupérer les clés du logement le 28/07 au soir, alors que la réservation avait été validée il y a plus de 10 mois. Nous n’avons donc jamais eu accès au logement. Nous attendons aujourd’hui le remboursement d’Abritel pour un relogement d’urgence. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôte et nous demandons pourquoi il est toujours en disponibilité sur la plate forme!"

"The apartment is five minutes’ walk from Sentier Metro station, and is accessed through a shopping arcade with several entries, although only one is accessible at night. It was up several flights of stairs with no lift, but we knew that in advance so not a problem. Everything worked apart from the toaster and was clean. The apartment is spacious. The only downside was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in certain areas, which I assume came from a downstairs apartment. I would stay there again but...

"Staff is amazing and extremely accomodating. Rooms are amazing for the price. Only criticism is walls in rooms and hallways naturally show some damage from over the years as peoole have bumled into them and left narks, but everything is clean and this small cosmetic issue doesnt detract from the overall quality of the stay."

"Room was clean, shower room was spotless. The in room safe was great and easy to use. The curtains were really good and kept the room dark in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even printed out concert tickets for us. We only had breakfast on the last morning but there was plenty of choice, hot and cold, it was good value for money. The only negative was that the beds were quite narrow and the mattress could have been a bit firmer but that is personal choice. The pillows and bedding were fresh and clean and beds were made daily."
