The Space
The house is a single-story, 140 m² home with whitewashed beamed ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area, where an antique stone well serves as a distinctive feature. The living room, in a separate area overlooking the lake, features a large sofa and a sofa bed for the fifth guest.

The master bedroom (25 m²) overlooks the lake and features a queen-size bed; the second bedroom (24 m²) has a king-size bed that can be converted into two single beds: ideal for a second couple or for children, with safety rails available upon request (not normally provided).

Two bathrooms: one with a shower, the other with a tub, plus a washing machine and dryer.

Outside, a private courtyard with a lawn and an outdoor dining area: from here, a gate and a stone staircase lead directly down to a small pebble beach. The home also features a private parking space with a car lift.
