"Great location and nice staff "

"What a delight to stay in a former 16th century Count’s home! It was very special and made our whole trip extremely memorable. It’s been modernized but maintains the period look with modern appliances hidden from view with custom cabinetry. Wonderful lighting and a fireplace worthy of a grand palace. The enormous bathtub delivers hot water to the top unlike a lot of other grand tubs in Europe that looks the part but runs out of hot water after a few inches. We’d give this place 6 stars if I could. The owner is so personable and kind. We can’t thank Stefano enough for this rare step back into history. "

"The room was in quite poor condition. There was only lukewarm water, the heating was noisy, the tv didn’t work, the lights over the bed flashed and the toilet seat was loose. It was a very stylish hotel but it just needs some maintenance. The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable "

"The room was a good size and had plenty of closet space. The bathroom needs some help. It’s tiny, even for European standards. A small shelf or shower caddy would be nice so you don’t have to bend over to pick up your shampoo in the shower. A towel hook would be nice too. Check in is complicated. You must reach out to get directions. You go to one building to get the keys, then they tell you to go to the building next door to your room, then go a few blocks over to actually check in and pay your city tax and get registered. Someone does come everyday to clean the kitchen, but not your room, which is fine, but a broom and access to some cleaning supplies would be nice. The room is very quiet at night except on Friday and Saturday nights when the restaurant below you changes to a club and the music is loud until about 1:00am. If are not a night owl I would avoid the weekend. "

"Beautiful Tuscan location. Quiet. Bed was good . Shower products basic and towels are quite small. Breakfast was delicious. Nice service. "

"Our stay at Villa Frassineta from start to finish was incredible! Our hosts Michelle and Daniela were amazing - always quick to respond to any questions, very helpful and accommodating. The villa is absolutely stunning! It is a quintessential, charming Tuscan villa with all the modern amenities and beautifully decorated. The grounds and outdoor space were breathtaking, We were four couples and the size of the was great for gathering as well as allowing for personal space when needed. Each couple had their own bedroom and ensuite, with bedrooms and bathrooms to spare. The kitchen was perfect and well equipped. Michelle arranged for a private chef one night which was delicious and such a treat.The location was very central and convenient for day trips to gorgeous nearby towns and cities. I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at Villa Frassineta!! We all truly enjoyed our time spent there and will cherish the memories!Grazie mille Michelle e Daniela!!"
