"A good location with respect to the sites to see. It would be helpful if a physical welcome guide was provided with things like wifi password (we called them and they provided it), garbage location, etc. We didn’t have enough towels for the number of ppl we were and they brought some. Overall good. "

"Exceptional room. Amazing staff. Excellent wifi and breakfast. The location on Plaza de Armas can’t be beat. So walkable. We loved our stay! We had one hiccup. We asked for early check-in. Reception said none was available. Upon arriving at approximately 5:30 AM after a 16 hour overnight bus ride, we asked again. Reception said they could store our bags. Check-in was 1pm. Then they said for $50 USD we could check in early. We declined and stored our bags. We went for breakfast with fellow travellers. All were able to check in early for free at their hotels. When we returned from breakfast around 9am and asked to wait on the terrace, we were informed our room was ready and our luggage was in it. We were very, very happy and booked a few more nights. "
