    This magnificent holiday home is a real heaven on earth. Once you get here, you will find that it is provided with all the comforts you may ask for to enjoy the best holidays ever. It has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite with shower, one bedroom with two single beds, one with a double bed, a single bed and an en-suite with whirlpool bathtub, and one more bedroom with a double bed. The holiday home has one more bathroom with bathtub.

    The spacious dining-living room is provided with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, and a dining table, while the wide windows let the light flood in. The TV broadcasts French and Spanish pay channels, as well as a few German channels. The independent kitchen is completely equipped so that you can test your abilities as a chef.

    There is warm/cool air-con in the four bedrooms and in the living room.

    The outdoor area is a fantastic spot where to spend the warm summer evenings. It is provided with a private pool, whose surrounding area is enlightened, and a covered porch with an outdoor dining area. In the backyard, there is a BBQ.

    The access to the house is made possible by a one-km-long lane, located 300 mt above sea level. This grants the property total privacy and breathtaking views of the mountains of the Axarquía and the nearby valley.

The hosts were so accommodating. They were extremely helpful. The property was amazing. So much space and everything that we needed. The scenery is beautiful around too. Absolutely perfect for what we needed.

Das Haus ist geräumig und ruhig und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. In der Umgebung gibt es viele charmante Dörfer. Vélez-Malaga ist eine etwas größere Stadt, die 20 Minuten entfernt liegt und sich ideal zum Einkaufen eignet.

Pasamos la Navidad de 2025 en esta finca en Arenas y no puedo decir más que fue una experiencia maravillosa. La estancia fue fantástica desde el primer momento. Hacía bastante frío, un clima totalmente invernal, y cuando llegamos el propietario ya nos estaba esperando con la chimenea encendida y leña preparada, un detalle que marcó la diferencia. Durante esos días pedimos más leña porque queríamos mantener el fuego encendido todo el día debido al frío, y José fue increíblemente atento. Volvió el día 24 con más leña, regresó nuevamente el día 26 y siempre con la mejor predisposición. Tanto José como Yoli, su esposa, fueron unos anfitriones muy cercanos, atentos y amables, pendientes de que no nos faltara nada en ningún momento. Todo salió perfecto y nos sentimos muy a gusto, como en casa. La finca es ideal para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos, especialmente en fechas especiales. Sin duda, esperamos volver en otra ocasión. Recomendable 100%.

En resumen, ¡todas las comodidades posibles! ¡Sin duda volveremos! El único inconveniente es el camino para llegar, pero con un buen coche es fácil moverse.

Was Sie auf den Bildern sehen, ist das, was Sie bekommen. Das Haus ist innen und außen groß. Es ist völlig frei und Sie haben absolute Privatsphäre. Der Zugang zum Pool kann geschlossen werden (immer praktisch für kleine Kinder). Wir hatten den Hund dabei, er konnte nirgendwo hin, alles ist eingezäunt. Unser Empfang durch José (den Eigentümer) war superfreundlich, alles wurde erklärt. Wir bekamen eine Führung durch das (super) saubere Haus, genügend Zimmer, Badezimmer, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Absolut empfehlenswert, und dann die Aussicht. Die ist fantastisch. Das Haus liegt direkt auf dem Berg, sodass man über das ganze Tal blicken kann.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Villa in Arenas. Jose, der sehr freundliche und korrekte Besitzer, ist ein toller Typ, der immer für uns da war. Die Umgebung und die Aussicht sind unglaublich. Das Einzige, was Sie morgens hören, ist das Zwitschern der Vögel. Das Haus ist groß und hervorragend eingerichtet, allerdings gibt es einige Kleinigkeiten, die erneuert werden müssten. Auch der Swimmingpool ist großartig und wir haben ihn sogar im Februar genossen. Wenn Sie im Winter reisen, seien Sie auf kalte Abende und Nächte vorbereitet und tragen Sie daher unbedingt warme Kleidung. Arenas ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar, aber die Straße führt steil bergab (und wieder bergauf). Velez-Malaga ist eine 15-minütige Fahrt auf einer guten kurvenreichen Straße entfernt, Torre del Mar (Strand) ist etwa 25 Minuten entfernt. Tipp: Rennrad mitbringen! Die Gegend ist ein wahres Paradies für Radfahrer, sofern Sie gerne ein bisschen klettern. Die Gegend eignet sich auch sehr gut zum Wandern. Kurzum: sehr empfehlenswert!

Der einzige Nachteil ist die 20-minütige Autofahrt über Haarnadelkurven in die erste Stadt, zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Man muss nicht auf und ab gehen, um einen Laib Brot zu holen.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Großer Swimmingpool, schöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung und Landschaft. Die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer ist sehr spürbar. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Fahrt zum großen Einkaufszentrum dauert etwa 20 Minuten. Ansonsten ein tolles Haus mit drei Bädern und 4 geräumigen Schlafzimmern und einer Dachterrasse. Schönes Schwimmbad. Es gibt einige Feinarbeiten am Haus, aber die Umgebung macht alles wett
