"The staff were friendly and the room was kept very well, however I was suprised that there was no hot water for the last two days of our stay. When the lack of hot water was mentioned the first day, I was told is was not just me, it was the whole hotel, but my concerns were not addressed or taken seriously, plus I felt I was just been brushed off with 'its not just you, the whole hotel has no hot water', so it didn't really matter! Day two without hot water was our last day and we had to pay...

"The accommodation was clean and well maintained. It was cleaned daily. The breakfast was adequate for the price but it’s easy to get better elsewhere. The main point to be aware of is the room itself. I booked what I thought was an apartment that would sleep up to 4 and have a kitchenette. What I got was a twin room with a bathroom and nothing else. I tried to query at reception but to no avail. Room was fine just not what I had planned"
