An apartment perfect for families and friends, right in the heart of Murcia, next to countless top-notch restaurants and bars—you’re sure to love it. <br><br>PUBLIC SECURED PARKING: €15/day. Reservations required:<br>. Pet fee: €5/day:<br><br>. The apartment is approximately 60 m² and features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a light-filled courtyard. It’s on the ground floor but is quite soundproof since it’s been completely renovated. There’s a secure parking spot 500 metres away—reservations are required at 15 €/day—and it’s ideal for staying several days since you’ll have all the amenities (toaster, frying pans, washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils, clothesline, hair dryer, iron), and let’s not forget the two folding bicycles available to our guests.<br><br>We live very close to the apartment, so if you need our help at any time, we’ll be available. We have a parking space in a 24-hour secure public car park 300 metres from the apartment, which requires a reservation at a cost of 15€/day. <br><br>The apartment is just a few metres from all amenities, including pharmacies, supermarkets, a health centre, a hospital, shops, restaurants, and more. <br><br>Since it’s right next to the university, there are bus and tram stops very close by, and the airport is 25 minutes away.<br><br>----"In some cases, if we are unable to meet with guests in person to complete check-in, we will send them a link the day before so they can check in online and sign the guest registration form"----<br><br>The cancellation policy for this property is: You may cancel with a full refund up to 7 days before check-in. <br><br>* Excluding cancellation fees (2% of the total reservation amount plus 2% of the payment made).
