The apartment is approximately 70 m², featuring 3 bedrooms—two of which are adjoining, making it ideal for families—1 full bathroom, a living room-kitchen area of approximately 35 m², and an absolutely charming interior patio. It’s located on the ground floor without an lift, making it perfect for a multi-day stay since it offers all the comforts you need. (toaster, frying pans, cooking utensils, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, etc.), and let’s not forget the folding bicycle available to our guests.

The apartment is just a few metres from all amenities: pharmacies, supermarkets, a health centre, a hospital, shops, restaurants, etc. FREE BIKE.

We live very close to the apartment, so if you ever need our help, we’ll be available. We have a parking space in a 24-hour monitored public car park 100 metres from the apartment, which must be reserved for 12€/day.

The Santa Eulalia and San Juan area is Murcia’s historic centre, home to countless restaurants and bars. The bullring and Murcia Cathedral are also just a stone’s throw away.

As in any city, taxis, buses, and trams are available, but the best option is to get around on the FOLDABLE BIKE that we provide in the apartment for FREE. The coast is about a 45-minute drive away.

We’re two friends who love to travel and invest. As lovers of our city, we created this space to give travellers the chance to discover this welcoming and charming city—Murcia, how beautiful you are.
