A 10 minute walk away from the touristy downtown area; it’s a nice walk along the beach. And it’s far quieter. The room has three large windows facing the ocean. Gorgeous view and nice breeze. "Iilara who runs the establishment is an absolute sweetheart. Breakfast is fantastic as they make all their pastries in house. Rooms are newly renovated, great showers, and comfortable beds. Beach is a 3 minute walk. Location is quite central. "

"This hotel property has the potential to be an amazing stay along the beach front. Very disappointed lack of communication from the reception staff. The property is run down, broken pavement, untidy around the building and the lift area. Loud noise music every night till 1am… It wasn’t cheap to stay!! Housekeeping was clean but unpleasant smell through the air conditioning. Strained carpets throughout the building and room. Have stayed there before thought may have been improved. I will never stay again or recommend to anyone else! I hope the owners see this review understand that this is not acceptable. The owners and staff need to appreciate the value of customers who are on holidays not be treated like a burden. Room for improvements!! "

"Without question the best resort spa in Villa San Giovanni . This is where my dad is from ,so I’ve come to Villa quite a bit . My favorite ! Great live music and Dj by the pool , amazing views of Sicily across the sea . Restaurant rivals any Michelin restaurant that I’ve been to . "
