The room was small as expected. They could have added a few more shelves & inserts on the wall to help compensate. The room was clean, we had to ask for everything we needed. They do not come to your room everyday for towels, garbage, etc. The staff was helpful when we needed something. This location does not have the concierge desk that helps with navigation and tickets like at other locations. We did not eat at any of their restaurants but have at others and they are good. The location is great for subway, restaurants, and shopping.

The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future.
