"We loved our stay here. Some previous reviews were concerning, but when we arrived, we saw nothing mentioned in those reviews. Our room was spacious with a lot of natural light. It was clean. We loved the ambiance of the hotel as well as the rooftop pool and bar. We ate dinner in the restaurant and watched the sunset. The staff—at every point—was kind and helpful. "The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The buffet breakfast is also very good. The bar was not set up to take cash and we needed to go to the front lobby to pay. This was the first time we encountered this in Italy. I would also be nice to have tissues in the rooms and something to place our toiletries on in the bathrooms."
