"Took my family here for a much needed getaway for my postpartum wife. It was perfect. Having the river directly behind the cabin was amazing for the view and swimming (great fishing too), it was closer than I expected and the waterfall nearby was such a nice ambient sound. Buddy the dog was the first dog I’ve seen mine really bond with and take a liking to in years, he’s super friendly on his odd travels around the property. "Amazing weekend at the Lake House on Kennebec Lake! We were 6 ladies on a girls weekend and had everything and more that we needed. The Lake House was exceptionally clean and a beautiful, comfortable vibe. Used the firepit and was wonderful to relax and enjoy the beautiful afternoon. Great area for a long walk or hike close by.Cathy was a gracious host and responded quickly to any of our questions. Thank you Cathy and Jeff for sharing your Lake House Oasis with us.
