- Get ready to relax in this 1-bedroom cottage off Williston Road near Gainesville. Check the map! Address says “Micanopy” but the farm is only 6 miles from I-75 in Gainesville! This home features a queen bed in the bedroom and a fold out bed in the living room for extra guests. Full kitchen and ample amenities. Come cheer on the Gator Football and Basketball teams at UF or enjoy the World Equestrian Center in Ocala. We are near Shands Medical Center and a short drive to WEC. Guests enjoy a terrific bathroom with a stand up shower and a handy hair dryer. The cottage stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. After your day in town, come to a peaceful retreat on “Swamp Magic Farm”. See deer, fox, sandhill cranes, horses and beautiful scenery. Feels like you are in nature’s private finest, but all the conveniences are minutes away! Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your day, this wonderful spot offers a peaceful retreat.
