"Nice family run hotel with helpful hosts. Enjoyed conversations over breakfast about the local area and things to do. Clean large room with view over the street. Free Riverside parking a short walk from the hotel. Nice alternative to staying directly in Cochem."
"Fourth time to Cochem & my favorite thus far!
Beautiful views, location, room, staff & breakfast.
Stay here
It is a hike to town- up hill
But more than worth it "
"I just stayed here for one night. The service was good, but they could have had a restaurant at the hotel. If you are staying here, you also have to remember that you need to book parking space in advance. "
"The studio was tired and old with cracked tiles, a chipped bath, a shower head that wouldn't stay put and even had a shower curtain. The studio wasn't expensive so expectations were not high, but we were also disapopointed that both rooms had double beds and not a double in one and two singles in the other which we had expected."
"Location is great for being in the center of the tourist area. It’s among restaurants, shops and right by the boat access area. They do a self check in/out so there might not be someone there. Our room was comfortable. Carpet seems a bit old but possibly they stay with it to help with noise? You are able to hear the people in adjacent rooms but it’s not bad. We only ate dinner here one night and the food and service was good. Prices very comparable or better. I’d recommend this hotel."

"The room was beautiful and the staff could not have been nicer. It is a quiet little town with easy access to the path to Burg Eltz, but I would stay here again even if not hiking to the castle. Highly recommended. "
"Clean and comfortable and the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great! The best part is the walking trail to Burg Eltz! Just over a mile through a beautiful forest."
