"Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. "

"The house was lovely and bright, with a very Scandinavian interior design. Everything we needed was superb—perfect for a wonderful summer stay close to a beach that felt almost private. A lovely fenced-in courtyard with an outdoor shower and hot tub. The house also has a beautiful terrace with a view on the top floor, where you could enjoy lovely evenings watching the sunset. "Beautiful old apartment in historic Gubbio. Elena and Frederica were easy to deal with and met us to direct us to apartment. Even had a garage!(small cars only). Home had beautiful garden that could be accessed from living room and bedroom. Floors, ceilings, wooden beams all over 500 years old! Such beauty.
