Comfortable home near downtown

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the down town and restaurants. We would stay there again when visiting the area.

A very cozy, comfortable little house. Close to the Plaza and restaurants & shopping. Very quiet at night. My friends & I have stayed here 3 times in the past year, and we would stay here again!

Adorable property centrally located to all things Arcata. Easy walk to the plaza. Very convenient! King bed mattress is very soft and the queen mattress is slightly firmer. Fully stocked kitchen and great back patio for morning coffee! We’ll be back!

Lovely cottage that accommodated my family of five perfectly. Walking distance to restaurants, drug store, grocery’s, bars, farmers market, minor league baseball and so much more. Clean house with all the amenities. Good WiFi, streaming selections, great outdoor space. We loved Arcata and will definitely be back!

Our cottage was beautiful as was the garden and very pet friendly while the kitchen provided all we needed to cook simple meals. The location was central and allowed the option to walk everywhere.My only reservation was no light in the shower or over the sink but those were small inconveniences compared to the many amenities available. Absolutely loved the artwork and overall eclectic decor!
