"The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. "We did not end up staying at this property. Still waiting for a refund. It is run down, not kept up. There was a bucket in the hallway to our room filled with dirty water from a leak. There is not signage to let you know where the property is and when you go to maps it says permanently closed."
