Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
4 bins outside for rubbish: Red: general rubbish Green: garden/food waste Yellow: paper, aluminium cans, food cans (washed) Blue: all glass
Return the front door key to the key lock box outside. Please leave the other set of house keys hanging in the kitchen above the washing machine.
The cleaner will arrive at 11.15am to prepare the house for the next guests, so please be prepared to leave on time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The booking must be made by someone who will be staying for the entire booking period.
Please leave the house tidy and secure, lock windows, doors. Return keys to key lock box outside. (NB: lost keys incur a $150 replacement cost fee)
Check out no later than 11.00am unless otherwise agreed. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $50 per hour. The cleaner arrives promptly at 11.15am.

A very special home in which to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby. Vicki was very helpful and lives locally. We had everything we needed as Vicki has made it very cosy. The decking and garden planted with native plants are a delight to enjoy. This was the best place we have stayed in during our 4 weeks travel round the South Island and were reluctant to leave.
