Arakoon House 4 - walk to the beach - Bring your own linen

  • This fully self-contained unit provides a relaxing retreat on the second floor of the historic Arakoon House, nestled in the leafy surrounds. Just minutes from Trial Bay and the historic Gaol ruins, Unit 4 comfortably accommodates 4 guests and features a well-equipped kitchen, off-street parking, and access to a shared laundry.

    Please Note: Arakoon House 4 requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

    Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting you will need to bring your own (sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths). You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dishwashing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

House has nice rainforest garden and big verandas. Comfortable inside. Very quiet & peaceful environment. Great location. Close to national park walks & beach. Koala visible in gum tree!Generally clean, but bathroom waste bin half full of previous tenants’ rubbish. Cockroach in dinnerware cupboard. Women’s underpants underneath bunk beds. How to enter upstairs unit not explained by letting agent. No obvious signage.

We wouldn’t recommend Stayz ever. Was our first time booking and you have the nerve to ask us to do your survey our accommodation didn’t happen. We cancelled given enough time thinking we would receive our refund but be told that someone has to book the very place on the same dates we would be funded back. But NO pretty sad

needed a good clean

Paid 290 dollars for 2 people one night. Heritage building but so tired. After paying was told to take own linen toilet paper etc. Soap dish in bathroom was inch thick with soap scum and left over soap.smelled like noone had been in building for years very creepy.
