"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. "Walking distance to all Gasteiz places we wanted to see. They have a nice breakfast selection before we began our busy days. Rooms were clean but hot. They turn off the AC in the shoulder seasons. Opening window helps, but there is a lot of street noise. Room has fridge (minibar—pay for what you take), a safe, and a small electric water kettle with tea and instant coffee packets. They have a small bar with pintxos at the entrance. Small additional menu but check times with the employee in the bar as the chef is not always available. It is not walking distance to the main bus intermodal station if that helps anyone. You will need to take another bus/tram to get closer to the hotel."

We arrived early and the person on the intercom refused our request to leave our bags a couple of hours ahead of the check in time. Have never had this before and was most unhelpful and tiring to have to carry them round 2) there was no shower screen or curtain meaning the whole bathroom got wet when we had a shower"
