"We had a lovely stay at this ski-in/ski-out hotel located right on the slopes. Access to the property is via snowmobile operated by the hotel before and after the ski slopes open, which adds a fun alpine touch to the experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, although it would have been nice to have a few extras like a water kettle and better ventilation in the toilet. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always willing to assist and make things easy for guests. The restaurant was great — breakfast was delicious with a good variety, though more egg options would be appreciated. Dinner, included in the half-board, was very good as well and could be exchanged for items from the à la carte menu, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect for skiers, with both green and red runs leading down to the Forum area. After a day on the slopes, the spa facilities, including a sauna and jacuzzi, were a wonderful way to relax. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located base for their ski holiday."

"This property is excellent. Boot room. Literally 15 steps from boot room to clipping on skis. Lift access. Choice of 3 lifts, easily accessible from the hotel. Food. Buffet style, plenty of choice, excellent quality. Room. Well laid out & particularly liked that the bathroom & toilet were separate, making things very practical. Great view from the balcony. Staff. Superb. Everyone we interacted with were friendly, attentive & helpful. Whoever does the hiring does a very good job! Being picky!! For a hotel that is mainly used as a ski hotel, it is unusual these days not to have heated boot warmers as a standard offering. Boot & ski hire. We hired from the Totem Ski shop in the lobby of the hotel. Good quality equipment & price was on par with other ski shops. Christoff was very helpful. If you are looking at Flaine as an option, book this hotel. "
