"This hotel is so nice! Recently remodeled on the inside, clean, and excellent for work travel as well as personal travel. We really appreciated the Island Suites price point and cleanliness."

"We stayed one night. The smoke detector started beeping after midnight snd through the night. We let the hotel clerk know and she said there’s nothing she could do about that. Also, they state they laundry facilities, There was one washer that was working and it was the same one that the hotel staff were using to wash the towels and bedding."

"When you drive up to the hotel it kind of look sketchy. When checking in the staff gave us a room on the lower level they call “the basement” walking down it smelled pretty bad. The Room was your average motel, looked like they just painted the walls, bathroom was old and toilet barely flushed. The pool looked dirty. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures they advertised. The only thing decent was the breakfast, we checked in as 4 guest but was only given 2 breakfast vouchers. Definitely will not stay here again. "

"This was a trip planed for 49 years. Made the reservation 3 months in advance, paid little extra for a room with a certain view! When I got there I was told that all the rooms with views were booked so I got a room with a roof across the street and two enormous palm trees! Disappointed, perhaps! Was told there is no guarantees!"

"Had to get another room at a different hotel due to unsanitary conditions. Worst I have ever seen.."

"Overall we had a nice stay. Food is mediocre. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Nice pool. Rooms are tired, could use updating. "
