Value for money with a great view

Value for money room with a great view. No negatives for the hotel, but outside the hotel there are beggars who will nag you several times, which is a bit discomforting

Good quality 4* hotel at city center. Whole service was very nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable and we had a nice view from our higher floor room. We staid at the middle of the week. So there was no problem with parking and we could park in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Good location in the center of Aqaba. Clean room and comfortable bed that has enough cushion to absorb the hips and shoulders. Sanad at reception stood out. He is incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, not because it's his job, but because that is his natural personality. He is one of the most genuine people I've encountered in a hotel. Lacosta Hotel is lucky to have him. The interior of the hotel is noisy from fellow guests, (and an amateur football team?) Sounds echo through the hallways. And the guests in the adjacent room smoked, and left the door open so the hall smelled of smoke. And smoke came through the ventilation system into my room throughout the day and night. It would be better if smoking and non-smoking rooms were on separate floors. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of options.

Nel complesso non è male, perchè si trova in centro con tutte le comodità a portata di mano, personale alla reception molto collaborativo e simpatico. Quello di cui mi è piaciuto di meno era la colazione non troppo continentale con poca scelta del salato e abbastanza speziato. la tv non aveva un solo canale italiano e per finire quando ho prenotato ho letto da qualhe parte che parlavano anche italiano,invece non era vero.

A great surprise arriving at this hotels, it is much nicer than the pictures show. A super nice and fresh breakfast area, a little pastry shop in the lobby and wonderfull staff all around. The only problem was that we only stayed one night.

Looks good but don’t look too closely

On the surface it looks clean but it isn’t. The bath doesn’t drain so you are showering in water. Things are broken, NO fruit at breakfast, poor service, rubbish lying around, squealing kids running up and down the hallway on our floor for hours, on and off all afternoon and until midnight.
