- In the heart of Aptos, you'll find this lovely two-bedroom cottage close by the breathtaking Monterey Bay. As a traveler, you'll be delighted by the thoughtful amenities that await you, including our private back yard with Bocci ball court, hammock and outdoor shower to rinse off after your day at the beach.
- This is a great house for relaxing but if you're looking to party this is not the house for you. The beach house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and we are committed to keeping it peaceful.
- Bright, light-filled house on a cul-de-sac, just 0.5 miles (~10 minute walk) through a nice residential beach community to Seacliff State Beach.
- 2 bedroom, 1 bath; two queen beds and a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa
- All you need for a day at the beach - beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboard, and beach toys
- High speed WiFi and 55" Smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Pandora, Internet TV, No cable or local channels),
- Full-size washer and dryer; scent-free laundry detergent
- Walk to local Seacliff favorites - Marianne's Ice Cream parlor and Pizza My Heart
- Convenient, five-minute drive to Safeway, coffee shops and Aptos Farmers Market
- Complimentary use of vehicle day use pass for local state parks and beaches
- Due to Santa Cruz County restrictions no events or parties allowed on the property
- Check-in is 4:00pm, and check out is 11:00am. We can accommodate early check in or late check out depending on availability. Please confirm with owner before making plans.
- Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival. NO REFUND if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival. If you are concerned about cancelling due to Covid or other emergencies, please buy travel insurance. We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

  • Nice, long hike today. Went down the Bridge Creek Trail, and then to Maple Falls. About an 8-mile total hike. Redwoods everywhere you look, and a deep dark forest that gave lots of 'mood'. We came across a tiny snake! It was just a few inches long, red back, sunning itself on a rock in the middle of the creek.

Our stay was exceptional! This home is well suited for families, even those with young children. Our kiddos had a blast running around the backyard. The house itself was clean and cozy. The host has everything you need for a fun day at the beach (7-10 minute walk). Aptos is an absolute delight. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect family getaway beach house

This was the perfect house for our little getaway trip with our family of 5. We had all the amenities we needed, very clean, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants/grocery stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot

Great location and clean property was great for our trip to the area. We stayed there to take advantage of Henry Cowell State Park, Calla Lilly Valley (in season), dinner at Shadow Brook with transportation via a 65 checker cab and an afternoon strolling Carmel by the Sea. The property was clean, outdoor area was great and would stay agin (we frequent the area).

Aptos Ocean Oasis

Just down the PCH from Capitola and Santa Cruz, the Kennedy Beach House felt like our home away from home for spring break. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and fully - stocked home. It was the perfect location along the coast with easy access to the valley and ocean beaches.

Really nice place

Loved the outdoor shower, the guest book, how nice and clean it was, the toys for the kids, etc.We went to a friend's wedding so didn't have time to bike around and explore the beach, but the neighborhood is great.

Colm's beach house is amazing! It had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful, quite location, a short walk to the beach and a good coffee shop and pizza place. We would highly recommend the Classic Beach House!

The beach house was perfect for our family of 5. It is clean, well appointed, and conveniently located. It is exactly as advertised and the owner is kind and responsive. We enjoyed many walks to the beach and visiting nearby Monterey Bay Aquarium, redwood forests, Santa Cruz beaches and wharf, and Pinnacles National Park.

Cozy Retreat

I brought my son from Florida to visit my daughter who lives in Santa Rosa, The home was the perfect setting for the three of us. It had everything we needed. Beautiful outdoor patios, light and bright. Quiet street in walking distance to beach and restaurants. I highly recommend it for any age group wanting a getaway.

Lovely property
