Very happy with our stay. House was clean, lots of towels, hot water, well stocked kitchen. Lots of thoughtful comfort stuff. Dogs loved walking on the beach 1 block away. Owner is very responsive and helpful if needed. Nice to sit on the balcony off the master bedroom in the sun and read. 3 restaurants and store right handy.

Exceptionally clean, tidy, and comfortable condo. It was easy to relax in this well stocked, organized unit, as host has planned well for guests enjoying either a short or an extended stay. Located in a super quiet neighborhood, this unit is a very short (2 min) easy walk to the beach. With windows open at night, guests can hear the gentle sound of ocean waves upon the beach. All communication with host was excellent. Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to plan a return visit.

Perfect Beach Vacation
I have been staying here for my beach vacation every summer with my son. We love the location, just a quick walk to Rio Del Mar Beach. Walk a little further to Sea Cliff State Beach. Great places to eat near by. Pixie Deli and Venus Restaurant and Bakery. A short drive to Santa Cruz Beach Board Walk. The cottage is very comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything you need. I always look forward to this home away from home.

Thoroughly delightful stay
The Beachside Aptos condo is a delightful place to stay. Location is ideal, being only a block from a gorgeous, fine sand beach, Rio Del Mar, which is fine for boogie boarding, long romantic walks, or strolling with your poochie. The condo is well appointed, with visitors’ comfort in mind. We cooked great meals, relaxed on the patio and upstairs deck, and enjoyed local restaurants. We look forward to returning to this lovely, light, airy condo soon.

This property is furnished excellently with nice beds, fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans plates, etc.. It even has amenities like beach toys and boogie boards. Quiet street, just perfect for a getaway..

This place is great. It is accurately described, close to the beach, and a great walking/running trail. This is the second time we have stayed! It is clean and fully furnished with comfortable beds. We loved being able to sit out on the upstairs deck and enjoy breakfast.

Relaxing beach vacation
This house is cute and comfortable, has an upstairs balcony where you can sit and enjoy the ocean breeze, and everything you need for a beach vacation. It is just steps away from Rio del Mar Beach and a short walk to Sea Cliff state beach. We come here every summer and always enjoy it. There are many great places to eat nearby like Pixie Deli and Pizza 1 and there is nice hiking in this area too. We love to just swim at the beach all day when we stay here. Our dog loves it too. We always look forward to coming back.

What You Need for a Nice Time
The house is so close to the beach. It's got just about everything you could need. (Bring some beach towels.) It was just enough room for the 4 of us to do what we needed, when we were there. There's so much to do and see in the area. The management is very responsive.

Fabulous stay steps from the beach
We had an excellent stay and the townhouse couldn't be cuter. Being so close to the beach was amazing for us as we have small kids and could easily hop back to the home for the bathroom, snack etc. The townhome had everything we needed plus extras like beach chairs and sand toys. Aptos is close so many cute costal towns and the area is truly gorgeous. We had a great stay!

Just a short walk to the beach, which was great. The wifi was dial-up speed, but we used our phones as hot spots and that worked out fine. The host was very nice and communicated quickly and effectively. Thanks for the stay.

We enjoyed having our own private oasis to explore the area as well as to visit family in town. Parking was convenient. Everything we needed including a half bath downstairs. 2 lovely patios. Easy to take a walk with our dog.

Great location
What a great getaway. This place was very clean and comfortable. Stocked with all of the amenities and even a "Karma Drawer" for any forgotten toiletry items you may have forgotten to pack. Just a block down the street from the beach (dog-friendly), a few restaurants, and a market. Our hostess was gracious and extremely responsive. We'd be more than happy to stay there again!

2021 4th of July Getaway
Superb location a couple of moments walk to the Rio Del Mar beach. One block off the beach so minimal traffic. A nice and clean street with ample street parking available and a great private space behind the unit removes the parking stress. Inside a complete surprise and perfect for a Family of 4. We truly enjoyed this super clean, well-appointed home. We can't wait to come back to this gem. Highly recommended property and a great host!

Family Fun!
Fantastic Spring Break post pandemic shelter in place for our family. We felt safe and there was so much to do. We had been cooped up for so long, it was so great to walk to the beach with our dog and enjoy the clean beach. Not a lot of people. Lovely views. Cool shipwreck in the horizon to wonder about.

Great townhouse just steps from the beach
We had a wonderful stay at this property just steps from the beach. The townhouse is full amenities; pretty much the only thing you need to bring are your clothes and food, if you plan to cook, otherwise everything else is there. The location is perfect as you're less than 1 minute walk to the beach. There are retail within walking distance and more restaurants within a short drive. Our host has prepared a large binder full of recommendations and history; including places that allow pets. Perfect for us. Communication with the host is also easy. She was always reachable and in close communication. Check in/out is easy and self managed. We will definitely come back for our next getaway!!

Clean and convenient location just a block from the beach
Our family of four enjoyed our stay here and found the location to be perfect for taking multiple walks out at the beach each day while still being close enough to go back for meals, bathroom breaks, and to grab anything we needed at the beach. The property was clean, very well maintained and well stocked. We lucked out and were able to park directly out in front making access very easy. It's a short drive from the VRBO to local restaurants while being 15-20 minutes from the Boardwalk or other prominent tourist attractions which is nice so you can get there easily but avoid having the traffic nearby. It was mostly quiet with occasional noise from visitors at other VRBOs nearby but that's no fault of this VRBO. The unit is what I'd call a "row house" or a mini-townhouse style building with multiple units connected side by side. But we never heard anything through the thick concrete walls. It felt private enough, and quiet enough for our family and one small dog. I highly recommend considering this VRBO.

100 steps to the beach
LOVED IT! Clean, private, even a second floor private balcony. All kinds of kitchen extras including a very well stocked Kuerig. Comfortable bed and cozy, plump comforters.
