Additional amenities: pool table, foosball table, ping pong and treadmill. There is a newly added firepit area with seating and patio table and chairs for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. Gas grill provided. Heat and central air included with stay. Washer and dryer are on the property in an unfinished area of the basement.
