    - Please take off shoes when entering and make yourself at home.
    - Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the home. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 fine
    - Absolutely NO parties
    .- Well-trained dogs are allowed with a pet fee. We ask that you keep them off the furniture/beds and make sure to clean up after them outside. NO Cats.
