"There was no front desk staff ever. We reported a man sitting in the hot tub masturbating to my underage daughter, and when we reported it they hung up on us. We had a group of teens running through the hallways pounding on doors and running away. This went on from morning to night. When we reported it to the front desk they did nothing about it! First off the man being disgustingly nasty in the hot tub should have been escorted out and they didn’t care about the safety of their guest! They did not care that a group of kids were being so rude! So unless you want to deal with these unsafe situations and’s problems that are never handled stay here! But warning this is a very unsafe hotel! What has to happen for them to really protect their guests!"

"Place was clean and quiet, but they had no food for the breakfast. No juice, milk, syrup, water nothing but stale fruit loops."

"We booked a room for an airport transfer through Expedia! Beforehand I called the hotel and asked how we book the transfer and the lady at the desk said that I just let them know at check in that I need to book the transfer and the first bus leaves at 4am! Perfect! Show up to check in and ask her how to arrange the transport to the airport and she said they were full and had no openings. I said that I called and asked last week and told her what they said, she said, “you didn’t call this hotel you called Expedia!” I said no I called here and she argued with me until I pulled up my call log to show her the number. She was a jerk and so was the manager! We stay here all the time and this was so disappointing!"
