"We had a wonderful time over New Year’s Eve. Just a big shout out to the amazing staff including Heather and Kurt. We felt like we were part of the family as you were attentive, caring, sincere, helpful, professional, and Moore. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start the year and by spending it at saddle back in. I was alone with my three children, and we felt safe as if it was our little Lake Arrowhead cabin of our own surrounded by a community of amazing people and other families we had our dogs with us and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. Thank you again the bottom of my heart. "

"We enjoyed our stay immensely the staff was super nice. I had a slight issue with one of the rooms. We had five rooms and they quickly resolve the issue with a smile and reassured me that it was not an imposition for them to change rooms for me breakfast was wonderful and the location was great. It was next to everything."

"I stayed at this place and would definitely stay again. It’s perfect for kids and great for exploring the area. Even when there’s snow, it’s an ideal spot to enjoy it. Inside, the bed was comfortable, the place stayed nicely warm, and everything you need for your stay was provided.
