"The pool was down for maintenance and nobody explained that at check-in, the bathroom had stains in the shower and patches in the ceiling. The worst part was that after I left, I got charged to park my vehicle in their parking lot in Pullman, Washington. Where else would you park? It’s not the fee, it’s the fact that they add it and don’t say anything about it, nothing like getting nicked and dimed… I thought only cheap hotels do that. Very unprofessional."

The person above us walked around a lot, and it sounded like he was coming through the floor. Also, there was no instructions on how to work the TV and we had to get help from the front desk. And the clock next to the bed did not work. But the front desk people were very nice."
