"The stay at the Hotel was nice, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Hotel could use some updating in the rooms but the rooms were still comfortable. Also the cleaning staff could do a better more detailed job cleaning the rooms, our room had some debris left under and around some furniture some small things from previous guest. Overall noting was major in that department. Overall very nice stay would recommend."

"In general our stay was awesome. The hotel is very beautiful and inviting. The pool, hot tub, and lazy river were amazing and relaxing. We were very close to all of the things we had planned to do on our trip. There were only two things that bothered or upset us. First when we first checked in we were directed to speak to the concierge regarding coupons for area attractions. Really it was to hit us up to sign up to book future vacations . We hadn’t even had the chance to enjoy this vacation before being asked to drop more money. Big turn off. Second our first night there we tried to have dinner inside the 5 o’clock somewhere bar and grill. We waited over 30 minutes and never had a waitress come to our table. When we got up to leave no one seemed to care that we were leaving including the bar tender who was there the whole time watching us wait."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Very close to the main shopping strip area. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. Marsha was very helpful during my stay. The negatives that I read are true. Slow elevators, and the parking area has narrow spots. That wasn’t a big deal. The beds are fair and I brought my own pillow. The pool area and jacuzzi are so relaxing and amazing. I didn’t use the gym but it did look small. I would stay here again. It was affordable and nice stay overall."

"Rooms were large! Nice waterpark. You will not be able to get in room till 3. We arrived 20 minutes early and was going to be charged50 dollars to check in at that time! Crib was dirty and broken, but they did replace immediately! Overall it was a nice stay and plenty to do at resort and nearby!"
