Nice, clean condo
We enjoyed the pretty condo and the attentiveness of our host. Great setting for bird watchers! Gave it four stars instead of five just because of the parking situation. At night, be prepared to walk about 10 minutes, in the dark, over a little uneven terrain. Otherwise, the place was great. Had everything we needed.

Great Home! Convenient to King’s Landing and Kelly Park!!!
Clean. Comfortable. Conveniently located. Beds and couch were comfortable . Starter supplies were provided. We chose this home because it was very close to King’s Landing for those wishing to kayak Emerald Cut. (Ask for Nigel and book a tour. ) It was also close to Kelly Park/Rock Springs which is beautiful and you need to arrive around 6-6:30 am to get your place in line. Great picnic, natural lazy river, 3-3.5 feet deep with lifeguards present. Great family place. Clean. You are an hour and twenty minutes from (Ocala) Silver Springs State Park (glass bottom boat tours and kayaking). Ocala also has a drive in movie. You are 30 minutes from Orlando. Very little traffic even though it was July 4th week. We also visited SeaWorld, Typhoon Lagoon, and City Walk(free parking after six pm). Apopka had a nice, free fireworks/music/bouncy house event. When we got back, residents across the lake did fireworks as well, so that was nice to see from the screened porch. We saw a lot of birds and lizards and an orange tree from the screened porch. There are two Publix locations and a Walmart within 20-30 minutes away each. This is a great, safe, quiet, calm home and neighborhood and everything was as pictured. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed looking out at the lake/pond in the backyard while playing Jenga and Uno on the porch. The enclosed entryway was helpful for storing shoes. Everything worked like it was supposed to and the owner was super nice and helpful. July 1-9, 2023

Yvette is beyond accommodating! She is an excellent communicator & staying at her golf villa in Errol Estates was delightful. It is convenient to many amenities.We found it to be comfortable & especially enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the morning, which has beautiful lake views. We would love to stay here again!

We opted for peace and quiet this time. And thats exactly what we received. We always rented a house with a pool thru VRBO or some other agency and always near Disney. Well the houses were never what was advertised and and their idea of clean and ours was different. The owner Yvette met us on arrival and gave us a run down of the villa and was readily available for any issues. This 2 bedroom villa was super clean and the best comfortable beds we have found in a rental. Golf course is closed but lots of paths and wildlife to enjoy. Friendly neighbors and peaceful. I don"t think little children would like it but it is great for relaxing.

A bird watcher’s dream
The Villa we stayed at was in a beautiful neighborhood and had a lovely private patio overlooking a pond. Great, safe place to stay and enjoy all of the furnishings of home. I would definitely stay again. Yvette was extremely accommodating to our needs.

Enjoyable stay!
Nice location not far from the northern Orlando area. Property has a back porch with a grill that overlooks a lake. Very quiet and peaceful. Our host Yvette did a great job of making our stay comforatable. Easy check in and ckeckout. The beds and bedding were comfortable with plenty of A/C to keep us cool. Definitely will be considered as a future stay,

Fantastic host, great accomodations
Yvette is a wonderful host who goes out of her way to make sure guests have everything they need during their stay. I'm very sensitive to noise and this property was extremely quiet at all times. The living looks out on the lake, which is nice for early morning or evening viewing of various species of birds. The kitchen is well-equipped for any meal you wish to make. While it has a good amount of cookware, it did not have a wok (very few rentals do), but Yvette brought over her own personal wok for us to use when making stir-fry meals. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again in this home-away-from-home villa.

Awesome!!
The condo is clean and has everything you need. Nice and quiet! Nice gas grill outside, with a great patio, and no neighbors in back. Yvette is awesome and made sure we had everything we needed, and we did! 2 master bedrooms is perfect if you have more than one family staying.

My husband and I had a great time in Florida. We liked that this property was so close to excellent paddle boarding and kayaking experiences. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to hike the nearby trails! Next time! The property was very comfortable and clean, which we appreciated. The villa was also spacious and nicely decorated, which is a plus. The owner was wonderful and was so helpful if there was a need. The only comment I would make is that neither bathtub drain closes, so a bath is impossible. We would consider a return visit if we decide to return to that area again.

We had a great stay.
We enjoyed our stay here. The rental is very spacious and clean. The seating and views of the back patio are very pretty and relaxing. There is a grapefruit tree in the back yard so we were able to enjoy fresh grapefruit juice every morning. Communication and checkin/ out process where very smooth.

The place it's very beautiful, clean, quit and beautiful view.
I really enjoyed the time spent at this villa apartment. Most of all I received a warmth welcome from Vicky / the ower and Its like we were family. They are two most highly professional, people I never met. They are nice, easy going, fun person to be around. Cute condo in a quiet neighborhood
We had a great time and loved this little villa. The only issue was the ac could not keep the house cool during the day and temp inside rose up past 80 with outdoor temps in the 90s. Tight security and parking enforcement...only 1 car allowed per unit but Vicky hooked us up with a 2nd parking pass from an empty unit nearby.

Great place to relax
The Villa was wonderful and Miss Vicky was extremely accommodating. I truly appreciate her letting us use her home. It worked out very well. The only red flag I would share is if you have to have two cars, the parking for the second car is not convenient. However that is a choice that you need to determine. My recommendation is that you only have one car if you plan to rent this villa.

Quiet oasis close to theme parks

Vicky's Villa is a wonderful get-away!
This was the first time my husband and I spent a whole month on vacation and it was a wonderful experience. Vicky was super, making sure we had a clean, comfortable place for our "home away from home". She made sure everything was in good order and answered all our questions. The villa was spotless, and a quiet respite, within 20-25 minutes of some great golfing and good places to eat. We're looking forward to spending time at Vicky's Villa again in the very near future; we loved it!

Truly a home away from home
First impression was how immaculate the home is. Everything looks recently remodeled and fresh. Everything you need for cooking is supplied. I can't say enough about how comfortable the beds are. I peeked and they are memory foam - I seriously haven't slept through the night in years but I did on our bed! Vicky is extremely hospitable - she even had my favorite soda in the refrigerator. We weren't able to pick up the keys on time so we sent my sister, and Vicky was very thorough with the safety portion - verifying it was okay with us that she picked it up. I was very appreciative of that, and I felt very safe and secure. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet with a small lake behind it. We saw cranes come up to the patio but we freaked out a little and went inside :-). I would highly recommend renting from Vicky again if we are in the area. We were there to get together with family and it was a nice spot in between family and Disney. Thanks again, Vicky!

My family and I traveled to the area for a family reunion. Vicky was in contact long before our reservation dates came up to ensure we had her contact information. Upon our arrival, she met us at the villa and showed us around and made sure we knew she would be available should we need anything. She even provided us with a bottle of wine, coffee, toothpaste in the bathrooms, as well as many other extras that we may need. The space is beautifully decorated and on a nice pond where we enjoyed watching the cranes each morning. This was much better than an average rental or hotel. It was truly a home away from home. L. Vicky’s hospitality is amazing! She made us feel right at home and the villa is just as spectacular.
For the last 20 years, central Florida has been our home-away-from home. We’ve stayed at two timeshare resorts, six Disney resorts, and four Home Away properties during our different visits. All of those places combined do not equal the amount of care, welcome, and hospitality shared with us by Vicky and her family during our recent stay. We feel so fortunate to have found this villa which is located close to our daughter’s family. We spent 10 days during the Thanksgiving holiday in Apopka to celebrate the birth of our second grandson. The villa was spacious enough to provide room for our extended family’s holiday celebrations, for our new grandson’s Pack’n’Play, and for our older grandson to play. He loved running along the golf course path and watching the birds. All of the adults enjoyed the sun room and the deck which look out over the lake. The villa has a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of tools for preparation and dishes for serving. Publix and Winn Dixie are only a five minute drive away when you need to shop. My husband even had room to brine the turkey for our Thanksgiving dinner. The neighbors at the villas are very friendly and helpful. The villa is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we felt completely safe walking from the parking lot to the villa. It is also conveniently located to restaurants, to shopping, and to the 429 toll road which provides an alternate route to Disney World. We look forward to our next vacation at the villa when we return to visit our grandsons.

A wonderful place for two couples to stay
We were two couples traveling together and stayed here as was close to an event we attend every year. Vicky was intent on making sure our every need was taken care of. Her place was very clean and private. Would stay here again.
