On more than one occasion he went out of his way to help us, arranged transportation, spoke with our Uber drivers in Hindi to ensure we were ok, always had a smile on his face, and he made our stay in India far exceed our expectations. "I was expecting room service but there isn't one. No top-up of bottled water. There was no TV remote control, but I was given one when I asked the cleaning crew who was making up the other rooms. The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the India Exhibition Centre. But do take note the nearest convenient store is a few kilometers away."
