This apartment was wonderful, it was large, had beautiful views and very clean,also very well equipped,there is a washing machine that you can use to share with the other apartments which was very usefulcannot fault it in any way, wished we’d stayed longer

Great apartment great location

Absolutely lovely apartment in a great location l, the apartment was spacious modern and very clean, the apartment is well equipped but was lacking a microwave the manager did say that was being corrected there are quite a few steps to the apartment and no handrails so not ideal for people with mobility problems. Rulerer themanager was incredibly helpful and friendly , I would definitely book again

Spent 4 nights at the apartments. We stayed in July so were aware of the property. There were only us and another friendly couple staying here as it was getting to the end of the season. The rooms weren't cleaned during this time or fresh sheets and the bins weren't emptied. We disposed of the bathroom bin contents. We are aware there's no cleaner over the weekend, so maybe be provided with more bin bags and a bin to dispose of them in. We'd still happily stay here again.

Spent a week at these apartments, excellent location, 2 mins to beach. Air con was a godsend! Comfy bed and pillows. Good hot shower. We had a note left for us on check in regarding the keys and to see them in 2 days to check in. A bit more information in the room would have been appreciated as it was our first time in Crete. We hadn't realised the owners were next door to us. We didnt know there were facilities to wash your feet for the sand in the garden, and were told about this by the very friendly cleaner. There is a curtain over the kitchen window, but it let in a lot of light, so I was awake before 7am, a blackout curtain would be beneficial. The door has a lot of gaps and cracks, I assume this was due to the sun. There is washing machine which was very helpful. All in all, a great stay. Looking forward to returning.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 settimane e ci siamo trovati benissimo.Il materasso super comodo, l'aria condizionata silenziosa e funzionante,funzionante (essenziale ad agosto con 38 gradi fissi e notti caldissime.Il monolocale è stato pulito praticamente ogni giorno, ed il cambio asciugamani frequente. Il bagno è un po' piccolo, ma niente in confronto all'eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Proprietari gentilissimi, come del resto tutti in zona..calcolate anche che la spiaggia è praticamente davanti casa, dove si trova anche un grande parcheggio (sterrato). Super consigliato!!!!

The Premium apartments are very large, clean and well equiped. The balcony has a see view, since there is only a parking between the apartment and the beach. The location is in the middle of Kalyves, close to everything.

A pleasurable stay in a lovely Cretan village.

These apartments are in a very good location being close to the beach, tavernas (good choice of food) and village centre. Very safe bathing beach and a pretty harbour. We stayed in a premium apartment which offered magnificent views towards the sea even though there were a couple of electricity cables in the vista. The apartments are adequate rather than luxurious but then, how much time do you spend in the living area of the apartment? The bathroom was a little small with a small shower tray but I understand the bathrooms are to be upgraded this winter. Hopefully, this will include mosquito netting over the windows! Irini, the manageress, and Ramona, the cleaner, were both delightful and very helpful. The building next door is being renovated and so is, at present, a building site but presumably this will be completed by next season. There were about five large communal refuse bins about 50 yards down the road and these were emptied every morning, noisily, about 5 a.m. We did enjoy our stay very much and would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful stay in Kalyves

A wonderful stay at Crown Apartments. As it is early in the season we were the only people staying in the apartments, even so we felt extremely safe and comfortable here. We were met by Anna who made us feel very welcome and like one of the family. She was also on the other end of the phone with any help if needed. The apartment was extremely clean, modern and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely mattresses and soft pillows too (something not usual in Greece!) The apartments are located in a quiet area but a 2 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket and bakery, perfect! Lovely view of the sea from the balcony and all windows. We met Ramona, our beautiful cleaning lady and had a lovely chat about families and crete, be sure to have a chat when you meet her! Will definately return here, loved Kalyves and especially loved Crown Apartments.
