Room wa a lean and they would come in everyday to make the beds and restock with water bottles. The staff was super nice and helpful and the staff in the restaurant were amazing super attentive and nice

HOTEL OVERALL IS VERY GOOD. THE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY, THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND ITS IN A GOOD LOCATION. THE REASON FOR THE 4/5 STARS IS JUST A COUPLE OF THINGS I DISLIKED. FOR ONE THE ROOM WAS VERY HOT AND THERE IS NO AC OR EVEN A FAN. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NOT A VERY HOT CITY BUT DURING THE DAY THE ROOM WAS HOT. ALSO THE INTERNET SUCKS. I NEEDED TO WORK AND THE WIFI WOULD NOT REACH MY ROOM. THERE WAS ONLY WIFI IN THE LOBBY. THE RESTAURANTS FOOD HAD REALLY GOOD FLAVOR BUT THE WAITERS ARE A BIT SLOW IN TERMS THAT THERE WAS AT LEAST 4 OF THEM AND ONLY 3 TABLES TO SERVE AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST. I ATE THERE 4 TIMES AND EVERY SINGLE TIME MY FOOD WAS COLD.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!

Amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food at their restaurant was excellent too. I had a minor issue with my television not turning on but it was fixed by staff immediately. My only complaint is that I believe a maid stole some of my friend's souvenirs. Long story.

Las habitaciones están muy limpias, el baño con agua caliente y los espacios muy adecuados de las habitaciones. El comedor con buena comida. Lo único que no me encantó fue que el sauna y el gimnasio no estuvieron disponibles para usarlos porque habían hecho reparaciones. Pero definitivamente volvería.

El hotel está bastante aceptable, sólo que, tanto en la noche como en la mañana hay demasiado ruido tanto del personal como de los huéspedes; algo que no me agradó fue que hasta el momento en que llegas te dicen que tanto alberca como gimnasio no están disponibles; la decisión de escoger ese Hotel fue precisamente por la alberca, la cual no pudimos utilizar

El hotel es muy acorde al pueblo de Apizaco, tranquilo, descansas muy bien , comida rica, lástima que tuvieron el detalle de la alberca en reparación pero fue por causas de fuerza mayor
