The air conditioner was not working properly so it was very hot in our room. The staff kept saying that it felt cool to them so they wouldn’t do anything to help. It was cooler than outside but not cool enough to sleep. By the last night it was finally fixed after complaining over and over and over again

The room was spotless every day and the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and professional. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of local specialties as well as a rich variety of other breakfast items. The view of the Acropolis and the temple of Zeus from our room was unbelievable!

Room was switched because tv didn’t work. Downgraded room. We went from a top floor to the first floor. It was so loud near the street, banging garbage trucks all, loud music, poor sleep, staff did not try to resolve issue at all.
