About this property

3 bedroom brick ranch

  • Simple and comfortable place to stay, located on a private dead end street. You can have comfort and affordability on 2 acres. The back of the property has a garage that is still currently used by a power wash company to park 2 vehicles, they leave in the morning and return in the evening, that is why such a great price. You can park an RV or trailer, plenty of space. Also we have a fenced in big backyard.2 miles from Beaver Creek, 4 miles from downtown Apex. We have another house available next door

Visiting family

I travel to the area often to visit family. This home was in a great location and was a great price. The home being close to my family’s home was just an added bonus. I will for sure consider staying there again.

Great place to stay

We rented this to see our family for a few days that came from out of state. The property was very nice. They had everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and we spent a lot of time in the backyard. We will definitely be staying there again.

Three nights in Apex

This property is spacious, on a private street, large open lot with a fenced in rear yard, close to Beaver Creek Commons and I-540. The rooms are nicely furnished with comfortable beds and adequately set up for guests. The kitchen is roomy though it lacks a dish washer. A laundry room adjoins the kitchen. It is pet friendly without an additional fee which is hard to find. Overall, it is a very good value compared to other offerings in the area.

Overall the residence was excellent with nice adequate furnishings, good central AC, was clean for the most part and very well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensil and supplies, bed linens, bath linens and even shampoo and conditioner. Property is at end of street with big front and fenced back yards with motion detected lighting, plus covered patio, gas grille and fire pit (a little firewood was also included) CONS: Lawns needed to be mowed. Patio covered with thick dirt (had to wash clean) Inside fireplace had burnt ashes and house was a little smelly. Faucets in shower/tub difficult to adjust and cannot change from shower to tub Flush handle on toilet sticks down in flush position Even with the above, the Pros outweighs the Cons and we very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider the property for a future stay!

This home was an excellent place to stay. We enjoyed the quiet private setting that was very accommodating to our dogs’ training in learning to travel to new places. The location was wonderful with shopping and restaurants nearby. Thank you again for our lovely stay.

I stayed here with my family (3 adults, 2 children) for about a week. We had just the right amount of space and experienced no issues during our stay. The place was clean and welcoming. Everything included on the listing was available. We had an excellent stay and I would rent here again.

Very clean and comfortable home. Beautiful back yard to relax in. Fenced in yard. Very quiet on dead end street. Would recommend 1000 times over any others in area. Easy process to checkin and host responds quickly to any inquiry.

Excellent stay! We stayed for two nights while attending wedding festivities. Home is close to The Oaks making it very convenient to leave and return to let dogs have an outside break. Everything we needed in the home was available. Front yard made it a great place for our dogs to run. Also, home is at the end of a street, so very quiet and no thru traffic to worry about.

We really enjoyed our stay. Mark was very accommodating and very responsive to my questions. Loved having our dogs with us. We spent a lot of time in the fenced backyard. we would definitely stay again.

We used this property for a long term stay while our house was being remodeled. We had two pets, a cat and a dog. The house had a desk in each bedroom, which made working from home very convenient. The location was convenient to shopping and major roads. The house is located at the end of a road with only three houses, which made it very convenient and safe to walk the dog. Mark and Claudia were responsive to all of our requests. We have a very nice and comfortable stay.

This place is one of the BEST we have stayed at. Very CLEAN. The hosts have thought of everything! A perfect home away from home. We both work remotely so it was a nice touch to have a desk and chair in each bedroom.
