"We got a room with 3 beds and it was perfect. Room was super clean, bathroom was clean and the breakfast was chefs kiss!"

"Cold in the room, no option to warm it up. Terrace is not well maintained, grass trim required. Food not that much tasty, even pizza. Lack of selection of breakfast option, and unknown list of whats included in the bfast so ended up paying an extra for coffees, waffles."

"Very reasonable prices and has beach access. There was air-conditioning which is plus. It includes a breakfast and the portions were good size. They also offered us to serve our breakfast in front of the beach. The customer experience was excellent. There is probably 5 minutes off road drive but it was not big deal because it wasn't the rain season. There was sister hotel nearby which has very delicious puposas! Vehicles had secured parking at night."

"We loved our time at this unique property. We stayed in the family room (which was well-appointed and very clean). The food was delightful and we enjoyed the welcome drinks at check-in since we're Expedia VIPs. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive. Our kids loved the pool and kayaking on the lake. They also had a cute activity where the kids could pick veggies from their garden and they served them up for breakfast. Overall, I would give our stay 4.7 stars. Everything was perfect except for the fact that our room didn't have any hot water. I know that this is a common thing in El Salvador, but we didn't expect this considering the price for the family room. It was way too cold for our kids but we made it work since we only stayed for one night. If the staff are able to remedy this then we would have zero complaints. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!"
