Spectacular Views from your 2 story porch New Water Filtration Installed

  • This spacious 950 sq. ft. floating home has a fully stocked kitchen including new full size appliances,, corian counter tops, indoor seating for 4 and a second wet bar area. The living room has ample seating to view the large flat screen TV with all DISH satellite programs. Free WiFi is available throughout the houseboat. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a second TV. The second bedroom has a double bed which can accommodate either 1 or 2 additional people and has its own bathroom. Each bedroom has a spacious closet as well. All linens and towels are provided. The waterfront screened porch has additional dining for 4. There is also a second story observation deck for viewing the multitude of waterfront activity. A gas grill is located just a few steps from the houseboat.
