"Room was nasty...not clean counters, fridge was gross & roaches in bathroom on arrival. We went over 2 Sfwy & bought roach killer. The lady that checked us in on arrival was wonderful. The mgr who was there the next morning was not even interested in why we were leaving, despite the fact that we had a 2nd night paid for already. She was definitely not customer-focused, let alone friendly. Breakfast was boring but tasted ok...eggs, sausages, etc. Parking was fine & plenty of it do to not many customers. Our advice...never book here, folks. The property is in bad shape...very rundown. The fixtures in the room were loose & falling apart, floors & counters were sticky & the "white" towels were thin & yellowed/stained. Worst part for us...the washing machine/dryer was out of order, & we were counting on doing our laundry @ this hotel. We book hotels on our trips based on functioning laundry facilities. We thank the lady who checked us in on our arrival...she was kind, friendly & helpful. Everything else was terrible. In our opinion, this place is certainly past it's prime & needs to either be updated or torn down. Disgusted, John & Amy G."

"Great experience with our room at this nice quiet hotel. We loved the extremely comfortable beds, nice firm yet soft pillows, air and heat worked well, very spacious with a table/chairs, tons of counter space in the bathroom and good to have a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker in the room. The coffee in the lobby is great too. Wonderful and friendly staff as well! Appreciated the quieter surroundings."

"I'll admit it... I booked this motel purely based on the location and the price. But I definitely got more than that! The staff (Shelly) was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The place has charm and character... definitely not just another cookie cutter motel. We loved it!"
