This was the most pleasantly surprising hotel that packs a punch well above it's rating. The hotel is very clean with friendly service, amenities, and great breakfast! The room was extremely spacious, closer to north american sized rooms than Japanese. The room was very clean and towels were replaced daily. Wifi worked reliably and I would stay again in the future

larger than usual room size which is nice, but way too noisy. From 5am you will hear doors and cupboards slam (from the kitchen I think), as if it were within your own room. Was unable to sleep due to noise. Otherwise a standard business hotel.

弘前駅から徒歩10数分、ちょうど駅と弘前城との中間にあります。牛丼の吉野家とコンビニが徒歩3分の所にありました。アメニティは必要なものをフロントで部屋へ持ち込むようになっています。室内はWiFiも概ね問題なく使えました。朝食バイキングは大変充実していました。コインランドリーが1台だけなので、順番待ちは覚悟しておいた方がよいかもしれません。

1階にあるフリードリンクコーナーが充実していて、いつでもお部屋に持っていけるのでとても良かったです。 朝食の無料サービスも普通に美味しかったです。焼き鯖やサラダやカレーやソーセージなど、若い人もモリモリ食べれると思います。 リンゴジュースがたくさん飲めて青森だなあと感じました。 無料レンタル自転車サービスも良かったです。

良かった点はシャワーの水圧が強い事と 枕が薄く低反発の首に負担がない枕だった事です 浴槽には無名のシャンプー等が 付いていましたが、ロビーに好きなメーカーの シャンプーを選んだ持って行けるようです。 良くない点は　やはり浴槽周りのカビが 気になりました。 他のレビューに書いてあったシャワーカーテンには カビはありませんでした。 朝食は種類が少なく魚以外は　そんなに美味しくは なかったです。
