Aomori visit

This was an efficient business type hotel. The rooms were comfortable & clean. Hotel staff tried to be helpful but sometimes were not as fluent in English in responding to our questions. We would consider staying again should we re-visit area.

駅から遠く不便な場所にあるのに駅までのバス送迎を3日前までにしないと受付てもらえない。行きはともかく帰りくらいチェックイン時に受付ができるようにしてほしい。 また朝食会場までうっかりスリッパで行ってしまったところ、履き替えに戻れと言われた。しかし朝食券にそのような記載は特になく、スリッパのまま案内されているグループもいて、不公平な対応だった。

ねぶた祭り最終日だったため、ツインルームがどこも満室でした。ホテル青森にセミダブルの部屋が取れたので、やや狭いのを覚悟して行きましたが、チェックインの時、フロントの方から、広いツインルームが空いたので、すすめられ、同料金で泊まることができました。 ねぶた祭りの昼は終わっていましたが、夜に海上運行と花火があることを教えて頂き、穴場の良い位置から、初めてのねぶた祭りを満喫しました。ありがとうございました。

古くてもきれいです。

海側の部屋を予約し、それを楽しみにチェックインしたら案内されたのが山側の部屋。期待が大きかっただけにがっかりです。フロントに電話したところ、すぐに海側の部屋に変更してもらえました。しかも広い部屋でした。 景色に拘らないのであればもっと安くまたは新しい別のホテルを予約したことでしょう。この日は海を優先したかったのです。 晴れて案内された部屋はとても快適で、眺望も素晴らしい。吹雪も堪能できました。 バーを利用したかったのですが、ラストオーダー22:30で間に合わず、諦めました。少し早くないでしょうか。せめて金曜日だけでも。 朝食はビュッフェ形式、目の前でオムレツ作ってくれるコーナーもあります。品数も豊富でおいしかったです。レストランのスタッフは挨拶がありませんでした。おはようございます。ありがとうございましたは基本ではないでしょうか。気になりました。 チェックアウト時は、別のスタッフでしたが部屋の件についてお詫びがあり、気持ちの良い対応でした。 青森一の格式のあるホテルだと思っています。期待値が高いので厳しめの意見となってしまいました。

忘れ物　　うっかりミス

良いホテル青森でしたが冷蔵庫の中にお水が有りましたがもしかしたら、水道水かも？ペットボトルの方が安心して飲めますね。 宿泊室に一つ忘れ物を致しまして、当日客室清掃時に確認できていたら一報頂けたら助かりますけど午前中は、まだホテル近くにいましたから直ぐに戻れました。 帰宅して忘れ物に気が付きTEL確認して着払いで送ってもらうことになりました。
