The apartment, about 50 m², is located in a semi-detached villa with a private entrance and a large private garden. It is designed for those who want a seaside holiday in a quiet setting, with the convenience of reaching the centre of Rome easily by train.
The bedroom features a double bed, a large wardrobe, and an additional piece of furniture with space for shoes at the bottom and board games on the upper shelves. A baby cot can be added on request.
The bright, welcoming living room includes a double sofa bed, a TV, and a refrigerator. It connects to a small kitchen equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, kettle, and moka and capsule coffee machines (excellent Italian coffee capsules included).
The bathroom has a shower and a bidet.
The garden is one of the highlights of the property: a private, peaceful space where you can relax in the shade of the gazebo, cook on the barbecue, or let children enjoy the swing. For those who like to stay active, a stationary bike and a small trampoline are also available.
The neighbourhood is residential and very quiet, with easy street parking. Within about 400 metres, you’ll find cafés, grocery shops, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, so everything you need is close at hand without giving up tranquillity.
The sea is right in front of the house: the nearest beach club is just a short walk away. About 500 metres away, you can also visit a particularly scenic beach with the ruins of the ancient seaside villa of the Roman emperor Nero.
The train station is 400 metres away, with direct connections to the centre of Rome in about one hour. The centre of Anzio is roughly 2 km away.
A simple, well-kept, and quiet apartment, ideal for couples or families who want to enjoy the sea with ease and move around comfortably to visit Rome and the surrounding area.
