The staff was absolutely fantastic and continually offered assistance whenever we needed it. One of the employees went outta her way to help secure a reservation to a restaurant I wasn’t able to dine 7 years ago. Top notch all the way

This is a boutique hotel tucked into a street of retail business. My room was surprisingly large for a European hotel. The bathroom is amazing. It has a lovely, large bathtub as well as a separate shower. The toilet is in a separate area in a literal water closet. Ellie, one of the front desk people, was absolutely wonderful. Incredibly helpful.

Lovely boutique hotel in good location
Hotel is in a good location, about 10-15 minute walk from Grote Market and 5 minutes from main shopping street. Hotel is small but a lovely boutique style with comfortable rooms. Breakfast has a good choice, gluten free rolls provided, from 7-12.

Liked: The staff here were so welcoming and friendly. The facilities were clean and very well decorated/presented. I loved the waterfall shower and didn't want to get out! Disliked: An option of a cooked breakfast would have been nice

The staff was absolutely wonderful and the location is excellent. The bed was superbly comfortable and the breakfast was good. On the negative side: the entrance is difficult to find; the room is really not great and the toilet location is weird.

I wanted to share some disappointing news about my experience at the Hotel Les Nuits in Antwerp. There was a horrible smell of sewage in the lift , hallway and our room Also there was an issue with our shower and the drain and the entire bathroom flooded after a shower of less than 5 minutes The location of hotel was great but everything else left much to be desired. If I had to do over I would not choose this hotel as it took away from our experience.

Good location. Not so great value for money.
Not so great value for money. We had stayed there about 4 years ago but it's gone down in quality. The rooms were small, there was no door on the shower and the sink was very uncomfortable. The decor was showing its age.

So glad we decided on Les Nuits over de Witt or Hilton Old Town. Wonderful location, absolutely terrific staff. Delicious breakfast and cappucino available at all hours The best. We've been traveling through Scandinavia and Europe for over a month. Mostly 4-5 star hotels. Les Nuits was supposed to be a one night stay but we extended for a 2nd night and day-tripped to Bruges and Ghent. Highly recommended. Again,

We arrived to find this hotel lobby under construction and very noisy. We were reluctant to stay. We did stay as getting another hotel at such a late time seemed inconceivable. The management could not have been nicer. They did everything they could to make our stay lovely, including some very nice gifts like champagne and cookies. As it turned out with earplugs and my white noise app we survived. Besides the noise which we dealt with my only complaint was the lack of a door on the bathroom. When my husband had to go he insisted I turn the music on my iPhone. Pretty funny! The staff at the desk were awesome and did their best to accommodate us. They too were upset about the noise and really tried to overcome the unpleasantness. Kudos to them!

Room was very nice everything else was disappointing. Terrible construction noise from 7:00-17:00 every day do not consider taking a nap. Also I was disappointed by their breakfast situation. They tell you at checkin about the breakfast so I go and have toast and coffee for two mornings assuming it is free. Then at checkout they surprise me with a 46 euro bill. This very weak breakfast was 20 euro per day. I could have walked to the cafe across the street and recreated this weak breakfast for 4 euro. I felt as if I were robbed when I checked out and the hotel was deceitful about the cost of their breakfast. The room was very nice I will say that, walk in shower, loud construction.

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. But beware before booking! Unfortunately, the hotel is accessed via a building site on the ground floor, builders dust everywhere, and you take a lift up to the 4th floor. I was so convinced from the outside appearances that the hotel was closed down when I arrived, that I telephoned Expedia! The building noise started at 0630 one morning, but 0730 most mornings. This is not ok. I telephoned the reception staff as this would not be legal in the UK but they were not helpful (and to be fair, I am not sure what they could do but pass on the complaint) The staff and the hotel are actually lovely, so this really is a shame. They offered a free glass of bubbles for the trouble of the building work, but really what they should do is ACTUALLY LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK! And then you decide if the money you are paying is worthwhile for you or if you would rather stay somewhere else. Honestly, I found this only a minor inconvenience as I was in Antwerp for work and there were early starts anyway. I would be horrified if I were on holiday. NB whilst the free 24h room service tea and coffee are nice touches, I would much prefer a minibar and kettle in the room. The reception staff are not always at the desk - quite reasonably- sometimes they are delivering tea or coffee to someone else's room, going to the bathroom, whatever. So getting your tea or coffee via room service may not be possible if you are on a tight schedule.

Quiet hotel with lovely staff
The hotel was lovely, very stylish. Everything was there for our comfort but possibly they could look at maintenance a bit more. Our room was way too hot and the heating couldn't be adjusted. Staff tried to help, by leaving the windows open. The shower also dripped constantly and due to the open wet room arrangement this was quite annoying. But overall a good place to stay in lovely Antwerp.

Great hotel, bad time to stay there.
The hotel is very nice, however when I was visiting there there was construction in the building that started around 7am with drillings and loud saws. Also, the fire alarm was accidentally tripped and went off for about 30 minutes in the morning. In the bathroom, there was a full length mirror that appeared like it had not been properly installed yet as it was just leaning against the wall. The breakfast at the hotel had a lot of good options and was very convenient.

Mediocre stay
Service was great, however the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, and the layout left much to be desired. Sheets were never changed in our four night stay, there were several stains and damp spots on the carpet, the bathroom layout is bizarre (no door for the toilet, the clothes closet is adjacent to the bathroom so all our clothes were damp after a shower) and the window (which we tried to open to get air circulating) was broken. Location was great and all hotel staff were kind and accommodating, but we will not be returning.

Nice Boutique hotel
Nice old building converted into a hotel. Reception is located on the 4th floor. Good location. The room needed a little maintenance. The floor tiles in the shower room and vestibule were lose and the shower head needed a little work. But all in all an ok place.

Great hidden gem!
The hotel staff and amenities were spectacular. They gave us a free upgrade when they found out it was our honeymoon and even went out of their way to write us a personal note with recommendations for the next city we would be visiting. So sweet!
