Room was spacious and minimal, but work. Big shower and lot of space where put your stuff in the bathroom. Just missing the hairdryer. House Keeping was great, super kinde, room clean and they was waiting until afternoon you leave your room and they can reset it. Reception really friendly, good breakfast too

The hotel indigo was in close proximity to the train stationin Antwerp central.. It had great staff who were helpful with all requests. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh food. The room was spacious modern and clean.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance and right next to the central station. The street can be a bit noisy, and the area didn’t always feel very safe due to some people around, but overall the location is practical for short stays and transport connections.

Wir haben für Silvester ein Zimmer gebucht. Nach einem langen Spaziergang in der Kälte und einem schönen Silvesterfeuerwerk am Wasser waren wir gegen 1 Uhr endlich im Zimmer. Natürlich möchte man ausschlafen, aber wir sind gegen 8 Uhr aufgewacht, weil uns kalt war. Beim Check-out haben wir uns beschwert, und man meinte nur: „Ach jaaa, die Heizung wird nachts ausgeschaltet!“ Was bitte?! Ich hätte nachts anrufen sollen, damit sie die Heizung für unser Zimmer einschalten. Gegen 5 Uhr war ich tatsächlich kurz wach, weil mir kalt war – aber ich hätte erst das Telefon suchen, dann die Nummer finden und das Ganze auch noch in einer anderen Sprache erklären müssen? Sie bieten ein Hotelzimmer an, in dem man die Heizung nicht selbst regulieren kann??? Wenn wir in der Kälte schlafen wollten, hätten wir auch im HBF schlafen können. Das Zimmer hat sehr viel gekostet € für eine Nacht gekostet – und an der Heizung haben sie dann gespart. Wir haben uns beschwert und mindestens 50 % des Geldes zurückverlangt, aber das Hotel hat das nicht akzeptiert. Ich bin soooo sauer und werde dort nie wieder übernachte

The sound proofing is not good on lower level rooms. We had a room on the 1st floor of the hotel at a weekend and the property next store was blasting music until 2am. We had to ask to move rooms in the end as it was not good for sleeping. The staff were lovely and accommodating to us.
