Comfortable hotel, enjoyed the sauna as part of room deal and snacks and drinks 16:30 to 20:00. Also only city tax to pay, no need to have to pay the 50euros charged by other hotels as holding fee.

Staff was very friendly & helpful, Happy Hour is great and something we looked forward to daily, the breakfast had lots of variety, and the hotel’s location made sightseeing very easy… it was our favorite hotel of the Belgium trip! 😃

Was not happy that we asked for twin beds and here told to separate them ourselves because the housekeeping has left for the day . Then we asked for another blanket and was told the same thing. We loved this hotel. The staff was very attentive and the room was well done. Comfortable bed and high end linens. The Free happy hour every day was a bonus!!

Hotel with a Rooftop View!

Excellent and very centrally located hotel in Antwerp. We originally booked the executive suite at the top level with amazing windows and patio, however it gets very very hot and almost too hot to sleep in at night. After a couple days, we've finally caved and moved downstairs to a way more comfortable room, with a nice little private sauna and equally as beautiful view.

Amazing staff & grounds. Centrally located, spotlessly clean. I would mention, though, that the street facing suites can be noisy during all hours of the night, but, I would definately stay here again. Did I mention gow great the staff is?

Had the size up from the tiny room and the size was fine, just me staying. Lovely area, plenty around but no noise from the street. Good times for checking in and out, great facilities in the room but could do with some additional surfaces. Great large shower and bed. Nice toiletries. Good range of tv channels. Would have liked a safe that could fit a laptop and the scent that’s pumped through the corridors is pretty strong. Would likely book this again.

Class property in a great location. Wonderful evening wine and snack happy hour. However, the shower was full of mold in practically every corner! Disgusting! Disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The staff, except for the nice man running the happy hour, could all use a refresher course in "hospitality"

Clean, comfortable, friendly, modern hotel in a very central location with good value breakfast. In the late afternoon/early evening they have what they call an "Apertivo" 3 hours when you can help yourself to drinks and nibbles on the house which is a nice touch. Will definitely use this hotel on my futureAntwerp visits.

Stay in Antwerp

Amazing location in Antwerp with easy walkable access to the old town and Christmas markets. Our room had a balcony and gas log fire which offered great ambience and quickly warmed the room. Some small cosmetic issues but overall a very pleasant stay and an enjoyable free drinks and nibbles time each evening.

Incredible service from Johan

Great location, beautiful interior and comfortable rooms but the real highlight was the incredible service from Johan. Amazing welcomer, restaurant and bar recommender, fashionista all done with warmth and a smile. This guy is the life of soul of this very unique hotel. Any thing that we needed for our stay he arranged, including giving us the one room with a private sauna that the hotel has. This is the only place that I will stay when I return to Antwerp.
