La habitacion que me asignaron parecia una habitacion que estaban remodelando, encontre varios hoyos en la pared, la lampara suelta, y las paredes crujian. En la ducha se observan rastro de moho negro y habia fugas de agua por la puerta de la ducha al resto del baño por esta situacion el tenia que tener una toalla en el piso.

La estadía estuvo muy bien, sin problemas y con mucha comodidad. El problema solo se presenta en la página, al momento de pagar el checking, pues pese a que al momentos de reserva dicen “cargos e impuestos incluidos” el hotel te cobra IVA. Lo importante sería que eso te lo refieran con transparencia, como en otras app.

Solide. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist toll. Wochentags kann es passieren, dass man keinen Parkplatz mehr findet, sonst ist das Parken in der Tiefgarage sehr bequem. Das Personal war sehr unterschiedlich, manche Personen sehr freundlich, andere wiederum könnten daran noch arbeiten.

Súper buen servicio, nos encantó el desayuno para llevar. Lo que sí, tendría más productos de higiene en el baño como gorra de baño y el shampoo para lavar el pelo no lo encontré muy bueno. Falta acondicionador también.

Recepción de hotel no tiene claro como funciona el cargo de la tarjeta. Primero dice que está cargado luego dice que no . Resultado: Me produce desconfianza y tengo que doble chequear en el Banco y tarjeta si me hicieron doble cargo. Perdida de tiempo.
