"I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

"Very accessible to Sm North Mall (walkable), Trinoma and other attractions. Theres a 24 hr convenience store nearby. The condo is equipped with a microwave, stove, fridge, thermos, iron, ironing board, tv and fast wifi, has hot water in the shower and ac in the room is cold. Host is very responsive and helpful. Very safe- there are security guards on each gate and entrance of the building. Pass is needed upon check in. There are 4 elevators in the building but sometimes not all are in...
