Laian Branded Residensed holiday home is located in Triquivijate, perfect for a unique getaway with your loved ones. The 220 m² property (1,200 m² including outdoor area) features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (main double beds measure 1.8 x 2 m), and 3 bathrooms, accommodating 6 adults and 2 babies. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning (5 units: one in each bedroom, living room, and gym), washer, dryer, and a private gym for your use.



The private outdoor area offers a heated pool (24–28°C), garden, open terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a covered terrace. The outdoor space features fruit trees and olive trees.



There is one parking space on the property. Pets are not allowed, except pets under 10 kg upon request and with an additional deposit available for an extra fee. Smoking and events are not permitted. Themed lunches can be arranged with at least 2 weeks’ notice, for 2 people only. Beach and pool towels are available for an extra fee.



The property follows waste separation guidelines and features energy and water-saving measures. Part of the electricity is generated by solar panels, and sustainable materials are used for insulation. Please do not throw paper or other items in the toilet. Late check-in after 21:00 is available for an extra fee.
